Advanced production equipment, groundbreaking COC new material preparation production line
Workshop environment
The purification workshop is classified as Grade 10000, with a building area of 1800 square meters. It is mainly used for the modification of pharmaceutical COC pellets, the production of pharmaceutical COC vials, and the research and development of pharmaceutical packaging materials.
Production process
The product adopts a fully automated production process that integrates injection and blowing. The products formed by injection molding are processed in one step from injection molding, blow molding, and demolding, with no flash, no mouth material, fewer defects, and a perfect mouth, bottom, clamp line, more transparent, and higher rigidity.
Intelligent production line
A fully automated intelligent production line that integrates mechanical, electrical, optical, information, and communication technologies, achieving comprehensive online monitoring of products without omissions, and reducing defect rates; Full process mechanical control, RTU, customer can use it directly.
Pharmaceutical Cyclo-Olefin Copolymers
Compared with traditional pharmaceutical glass bottles, it has the following advantages:
Low precipitation, low water absorption, high barrier, and non fragile；
A bottle of the same volume weighs half as much as a glass bottle；
Compared to glass bottles, it is more acid and alkali resistant and stable；
Not easy to adsorb proteins, prolonging the validity period of drugs；
Multiple sterilization processes can be used, including high-temperature, irradiation, and ethylene oxide sterilization。
Introduction to COC Materials
Cyclo-olefin copolymers (COCs) are a type of high-end polyolefin materials widely used in advanced manufacturing industries such as smart cars, high-end mobile phones, optical displays, and biopharmaceuticals。
Optical performance
High transparency, with a total light transmittance of over 91%, as well as low birefringence and high Abbe number;
Physical property
Wide heat resistance range, stable size, high rigidity, low toughness, low density, low water absorption, and low protein adsorption;
Resistance
Acid and alkali resistance, alcohol resistance, and organic solvent resistance;
Safety
Low dissolution, low residue, and good biocompatibility。
